Dezeen Showroom: French designer Jean-Marie Massaud has created the Milos out of doors furnishings assortment for Vondom, channelling the panorama of the Mediterranean.
The Milos assortment contains sofas, armchairs, solar loungers and low and aspect tables, all made of soppy, natural shapes.
“For this new collaboration with Vondom, I needed to evoke the unique id of this model born between the ocean and mountains in Valencia,” stated Massaud. “Milos’ completely different items are like a group of rocks gently formed by winds and waves that create a typical Mediterranean panorama.”
“My intention was to convey to Vondom a non-Cartesian planning that you may mix organically, as life on a reef.”
The seating’s natural shapes and colors are designed to mix harmoniously with the pure environment and Massaud envisions them located on a terrace or a backyard.
The Milos assortment is launching at Milan design week 2023, and shall be introduced at Salone del Cellular at Corridor 2 | Stand M22.
