California design studio Lovers Unite has reinvigorated a Nineteen Fifties house with sweeping views of the Los Angeles hills, turning an unused balcony into an extension of the indoor social area.
The picket dwelling in LA’s Silver Lake neighbourhood belongs to manufacturing designer James Chinlund and artist Clare Crespo.
A “beforehand a boring, nondescript mid-century home”, in response to Lovers Unite, the property required some creativeness to deliver its interiors as much as par with its setting.
