Janaki Kumar is Head of Design at JPMorgan Chase & Co.‘s Business Financial institution, and beforehand was head of the Design and Co-Innovation Heart at SAP Labs. A thought-leader on design-led innovation within the enterprise, Janaki co-authored the ebook Gamification at Work – Designing Participating Enterprise Software program. She has spoken at quite a few trade conferences and tutorial packages, together with Stanford College Graduate College of Enterprise the place she teaches Buyer Expertise Design.

Stefanie Kubanek is a New York and Munich-based designer and design educator whose work is impressed by her native-German roots and world perspective. After initially finding out goldsmithing, Stefanie accomplished her Industrial Design research on the Royal Faculty of Artwork, and went on to spend a decade on the London workplace of Pentagram. Along with operating her personal design consultancy, she is now Visiting Senior Lecturer at Cornell Johnson Graduate College of Administration in Ithaca, NY, and at Cornell Tech in NYC.
